Bamako ’09. African Photography Biennial

African Photography Biennial, since 1994 held in Bamako, the capital of Mali, has a long tradition of photography. This is the first comprehensive presentation of the African contemporary photography in Lithuania. 220 photographers explore the geographic, political, social, cultural, aesthetic and border issues covering the entire African continent.
