Tadas Kazakevičius (1984) is a Lithuanian photographer who was the finalist of the World Press Photo this year. Born in Šiauliai, studied architecture, got into photography through self-study. After living in England for five years, he returned to his homeland to create socially oriented photo projects. With the photo series Soon to be Gone, he has reached the finals of many competitions, such as Leica Oskar Barnack, LensCulture, Zeiss and others. He plans to publish his first photobook this year.
