Sheltering Ballad
Since my father suddenly passed away more than twenty years ago, there hasn’t been a day of my life without thinking of him and missing him. There is no other person or thing in this entire world I would have thought about or felt for as deeply. It’s like this yearning has become a fundamental part of my being. With this work, I wanted to give my feelings of longing, desperation, sadness, and love a sanctuary to live beyond myself.
